Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Own and exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline targets (focused on midmarket companies <1000 employees)
- Source leads via LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, HR communities, and other creative tools
- Run outbound campaigns and cold call prospective customers
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities — and assess where we can provide the most value
- Help run a high-conversion sales process from first touch to close
- Partner with marketing to craft engaging campaigns (especially on LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with engineering and product to tailor your outreach with strategic insights
- Use data to iterate on messaging, tactics, and channels — we value experiments that lead to results
Who You Are
- You’re hungry for a creative, high-growth opportunity at a startup
- You consistently hit or exceed targets in past roles
- 3+ years of experience in tech (startup experience preferred)
- Strong communicator with crisp writing and high attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities
- Process-oriented — you follow up, follow through, and don’t let things slip
- You love metrics and use them to guide decision-making
- You take initiative and care deeply about helping the team win
