This is a full-time role as a Strategic Outbound Development Representative, located onsite in New York, NY.
We’re looking for a creative, relentless prospector to own outbound lead generation for our enterprise and strategic accounts. Your mandate is to identify the right companies, target the right decision-makers, and get high-value meetings booked for our Account Executives—opening the door to seven-figure deals.
This is not a “spray and pray” outbound role. You’ll design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, craft hyper-personalized outreach, and use every channel at your disposal—email, phone, LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and more—to break through to compliance and executive buyers. You’ll be measured not by activity alone, but by your ability to consistently deliver high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
You’ll work directly with our sales and partnerships teams to map target accounts, build compelling multi-touch campaigns, and create new pipeline in the highest-priority segments of our market. Responsibilities
First week:
- Learn Hadrius’s ICP, value proposition, product suite, and competitive landscape
- Ramp up on our CRM, sales engagement tools, and outbound playbooks
- Review our target account list and begin researching key decision-makers
- Shadow AE discovery calls to hear first-hand how we pitch and qualify
- Get your first demo booked on the calendar
First month:
- Launch personalized outbound campaigns to your first set of 50–75 strategic accounts
- Book your first 10+ high-quality enterprise meetings for AEs
- Create account maps for your top 20 targets, identifying all relevant stakeholders
- Begin building relationships with target accounts through multi-channel touchpoints
First 3 months & beyond:
- Consistently generate 15–20+ qualified enterprise meetings per month
- Own and optimize the ABM process for 100+ strategic accounts
- Develop repeatable outreach templates and sequences that increase connect and conversion rates
- Partner with marketing to create content and event strategies that open doors in target accounts
- Become the go-to person for cracking into hard-to-reach enterprise prospects

Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound lead generation or SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record booking enterprise or strategic account meetings
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong research skills for account mapping and personalized outreach
- Bonus points for compliance, financial services, or regtech experience
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup
